Returns and Cancellations
We hope you love the item as much as we do on arrival, we take great care with packing and postage to ensure your item arrives in one piece, however, we fully understand that there may be damages during transit or that you have changes your mind. So here is our guide on what to do next:
All of our ready made items can be cancelled or exchanged within 14 days from the date of arrival at your home. Your item must still be in a new, re-sellable condition with the original packing. We have made it a no-hassle cancellation/ exchange process, just complete the returns form in your package and send back by your chosen method to the following address:

You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively if you are requesting an exchange we will exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, and send your new item, the returns postage fee and any price difference will be calculated and charged.
For items that are custom made to your measurements such as curtains, blinds, lampshades and cushions, there is no refund (unless faulty) as these items are made specifically to your measurements. You can cancel within 7 days of ordering but after this cool-off period your order will be in production.
Faulty Goods Returns
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Under the Consumer Rights Act you have 30 days to report, ( as long as it hasn't been used). However we would very much appreciate your co-operation and feedback within 48 hours. Please follow the instruction on our returns webpage: HERE
